This site has no forms. You reach us by calling or texting, and what you tell us is used to do the job. Nothing else.

What we collect
Two kinds of information reach us through this site.
Calls and texts
When you call or text the business number, it rings the owner's phone. He sees your number the way any phone shows a caller, and whatever you say or send, including photos. We do not record calls.
Technical data
The hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for in order to serve the page. We do not store it.
How we use it
To call you back and do the job. That is the whole list.
Your phone number gets the callback. Your location gets the van to the right shoulder or yard. The tire details put the right tire on board.
We do not sell your information. We do not put you on a marketing list. We do not send newsletters or promotions. We keep your number and job details as long as the job and its invoice need them.
Who else handles it
Two services are involved. Each one handles your information only to do its part.

- Carry your calls and texts the way they carry any call or text.
None of them gets your information for their own marketing. Each has its own privacy policy for what it processes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies.
It uses no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixels, no chat widget, and no session replay.
When you tap the call or text button, we count the tap. The count records which button, which page, and which site sent you here. It carries no cookie, no IP address, and no identifier. We cannot tell one tap from another.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is nothing on this site for it to switch off, so you get the same page either way.
Other websites
No advertising company runs code on this site, so none of them can follow you from here to other websites.
Ask, correct, or delete
Want to know what we hold about you? Want it corrected or deleted? Ask.
Call or text (408) 466-2844. The same phone that takes tire calls takes these. We tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it, and confirm when it is done.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes. If the change is material, for example a new service handling your information, a notice sits at the top of this page for 30 days.
California residents
Road Lifter is a small business below the thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can still ask, correct, or delete as described above.
Phone calls
We do not record calls. Calls to the business number go to a phone, not a call center. If that ever changes, you will hear a recording notice at the start of the call, before it connects.
