What to have ready

• Where the truck is: freeway, direction, nearest exit or cross street, or the yard address.
• Which tire: steer, drive, or trailer, and which side.
• The size on the sidewall. We load it at our yard before we roll.
• Whether the truck or trailer is loaded.

Texting

Texting works, and a photo of the tire and the sidewall helps more than a paragraph. Send the location, the position, and the size, and we call you back.

Calls are not recorded

We do not record calls. Nothing you say on the phone gets stored anywhere, and there is no recording app on the phone in the van. See the privacy policy.
